Panna Cotta on Berry Dish
The perfect panna cotta on berry dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Cream
- 125 g Milk
- 40 g Sugar
- 0,5 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 2,5 leaf Gelatin
- 125 ml Cream
- 175 g Berry mix
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
- Scrape out the vanilla pod and add to the cream, milk and sugar. Then bring everything to the boil with the pod and sieve it off. Soak gelatine sheets, squeeze them out well and stir into the liquid. Let the mixture cool down. Before the mixture sets, fold in the whipped cream. Pour the cream into glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Season the berries with powdered sugar and lemon juice, puree and strain. Turn the panna cotta out of the molds (dip in lukewarm water) and garnish with the fresh berries.
