Frittatine Nella Pancetta
The perfect frittatine nella pancetta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For 12 frittatins
- 12 Muffin cups or a muffin tin
- 5 Eggs
- 24 Discs Smoked bacon
- 3 El Grated Parmesan
- 200 ml Cream
- Cut basil leaves into pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper and basil.
- Embed each muffin mold with 2 strips of bacon each crosswise so that everything is filled out.
- Enter the egg mass into the molds almost to the edge.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the surface turns golden.
- Serve the frittatine lukewarm or cold. (I prefer her cold)
