Frittatine Nella Pancetta

The perfect frittatine nella pancetta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For 12 frittatins

  • 12 Muffin cups or a muffin tin
  • 5 Eggs
  • 24 Discs Smoked bacon
  • 3 El Grated Parmesan
  • 200 ml Cream
  • Cut basil leaves into pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper and basil.
  3. Embed each muffin mold with 2 strips of bacon each crosswise so that everything is filled out.
  4. Enter the egg mass into the molds almost to the edge.
  5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the surface turns golden.
  6. Serve the frittatine lukewarm or cold. (I prefer her cold)
