Beef – Minute Schnitzel with Gorgonzola Sauce …

  • 5 Cattle. Minute schnitzel

  • 50 Milliliters White wine dry

  3. Clean the sugar snap peas and blanch for 3 minutes in very lightly salted water. Remove from the water with a slotted spoon and add to ice-cold water. Drain and drain. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and let it caramelize slightly. Toss snow peas in it.
