Wild Garlic, Lemon and Mustard Butter
The perfect wild garlic, lemon and mustard butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Wild garlic leaves
- 250 g Butter at room temperature
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 teaspoon Grated lemon juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Wash, dry and chop the wild garlic leaves
- Put the butter in a container, add the wild garlic and puree with the hand blender.
- Add mustard, lemon juice and zest to taste with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce.
