Herbal Pesto
The perfect herbal pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pesto green:
- 30 g Hazelnuts
- 30 g Almonds
- 30 g Walnuts
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 bunch Wild garlic
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 stalk Basil leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil or more as needed
Herbal Pesto:
- Chop all ingredients well in a food processor and then transfer everything to screw-top jars for better storage.
Use:
- As a spread on bread, with salads and barbecues, as well as baguettes, pizza and pasta.
