Herbal Pesto

The perfect herbal pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Pesto green:

  • 30 g Hazelnuts
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 1 bunch Wild garlic
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 stalk Basil leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil or more as needed

Herbal Pesto:

  1. Chop all ingredients well in a food processor and then transfer everything to screw-top jars for better storage.

Use:

  1. As a spread on bread, with salads and barbecues, as well as baguettes, pizza and pasta.
