Braised Fennel
The perfect braised fennel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Fennel bulbs
- 250 ml. Broth
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pinch Salt + pepper
- 50 gr Parmesan cheese grated
- Cut the fennel into slices, heat the stock and butter in a saucepan, add the fennel slices and cook for 20 minutes. Place the Parmesan on the fennel slices, cover and sauté a little. Put the slices on a plate and reduce the broth, season.
- With boiled potatoes and chicken breast, pour the sauce over the potatoes.
