Gyros with Paprika au Gratin

  • 700 g Gyros
  • 170 g Brown mushrooms quartered
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Brandy
  • 1 size Yellow bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 1 size Green peppers cut into small cubes
  • 130 g Grated cheese (any)
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms and peppers for about 3 minutes and remove.
  3. Sear the meat in portions in the pan for about 6 minutes.
  4. Return the mushrooms and peppers to the pan. Stir in tomato paste and brandy, bring to the boil, then stir in the sour cream. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  5. Put the gyros in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Baked golden yellow for 10 minutes.
