Turkey Steak with King Oyster Mushrooms with Paprika Vegetables and Gratin

- 2 Turkey steak
- 2 King oyster mushrooms
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Cloves of garlic, chopped
- Tomato paste concentrated three times, amount to taste
- 3 Sprigs of thyme
- 2 Onion, halved and sliced
- 3 Boiled potatoes from the previous day
- 1 Mozzarella balls
- 200 ml Organic tomato juice
- Salt pepper
- Chili oil
- Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in an ovenproof dish. Cover with the sliced mozzarella and season with a little salt. Put aside.
- Pepper mix roughly cut half pods each. Halve the onion and thinly slice, pluck the thyme from a sprig of thyme, and finely chop the garlic. Salt and pepper. Halve the herb side rings and cut into slices. Put in a saucepan and fill up with tomato juice. Simmer until al dente. Thicken with tomato paste.
- Heat the chilli oil and fry the turkey steak with 2 sprigs of thyme.
- Gratinate the potatoes in the oven until the cheese pulls itself in. Upper and lower heat approx. 12 minutes at 180 degrees
- Arrange everything together on 2 plates. I also had cucumber salad with it
