  • 300 g Pork strips
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 3 g Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Green curry paste

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Orange vinegar … RZ in my KB
  • Orange-Chilli-Salt … RZ in my KB
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 1 Mushrooms canned drained
  • 100 ml Meatsoup
  1. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the paprika, cut the seeds and skins and cut into small pieces. Finely grate the ginger. Put everything together in a bowl.
  2. Add the curry paste, tomato paste, olive oil, orange vinegar, orange-chilli salt and yoghurt and stir everything together thoroughly. Put in the fridge overnight, or better 24 hours, and let it steep.
  3. Then stir in the mushrooms and stock and put everything together in a baking dish.
  4. Let it cook in the oven at 150 ° C for about 1.5 hours.
  5. We had butter rice with it.
