- 300 g Pork strips
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 3 g Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Green curry paste

- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Orange vinegar … RZ in my KB
- Orange-Chilli-Salt … RZ in my KB
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 Mushrooms canned drained
- 100 ml Meatsoup
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the paprika, cut the seeds and skins and cut into small pieces. Finely grate the ginger. Put everything together in a bowl.
- Add the curry paste, tomato paste, olive oil, orange vinegar, orange-chilli salt and yoghurt and stir everything together thoroughly. Put in the fridge overnight, or better 24 hours, and let it steep.
- Then stir in the mushrooms and stock and put everything together in a baking dish.
- Let it cook in the oven at 150 ° C for about 1.5 hours.
