Mixed Goulash

The perfect mixed goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed goulash
  • 4 Onions
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp Gulsch spice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • A few spritzes of TAbAsco As desired
  • Chilli paste
  • 500 ml Water
  1. Fry the goulash without fat, add onions and garlic and fry with them
  2. Season the meat with tomato paste and fill up the chilli paste with the water, and simmer for 1 1/2 hour, stir frequently and check the liquid, by simmering for a long time, the onion overcooks, so thickening with cornstarch is no longer necessary.
  3. Before the end of the cooking time, season to taste again and reduce to the desired consistency.
