Mixed Goulash

- 500 g Mixed goulash
- 4 Onions
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 3 tsp Gulsch spice
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- A few spritzes of TAbAsco As desired
- Chilli paste
- 500 ml Water
- Fry the goulash without fat, add onions and garlic and fry with them
- Season the meat with tomato paste and fill up the chilli paste with the water, and simmer for 1 1/2 hour, stir frequently and check the liquid, by simmering for a long time, the onion overcooks, so thickening with cornstarch is no longer necessary.
- Before the end of the cooking time, season to taste again and reduce to the desired consistency.
