  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla sugar brown

  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Organic orange zest
  • 2 drops Orange flavor
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 150 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled

coat with:

  • 100 g Dark couverture
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

  • 1 Pc. Star nozzle 16 cm
