- 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 Can Mandarins
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 9 Sch. Butter cheese
- 9 Sch. White bread
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry in sesame oil. Mix creme fraiche with curry powder and mustard and lightly salt. Fold in the drained mandarins.
