  • 1 disc Loaf
  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 5 disc Bacon
  • 60 g Tomato
  • 60 g Mozzarella
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground garlic
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet 6-7x (depending on size) across, do not cut all the way through! Cut the mozzarella and tomato into slices (each as many as there are incisions in the fillet).
  2. Season the chicken breast outside and in the incisions with salt, pepper and ground garlic. Put a slice of tomato and mozzarella in each incision and wrap the chicken breast with the bacon.
  3. Bake in the oven at an estimated 180 ° C (I use the hot air fryer) for about 30 minutes. If the bacon gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
  4. Toast the slice of bread and rub the clove of garlic on it. Put the finished chicken breast fillet on the bread and you’re done.
