- 1 disc Loaf
- 200 g Chicken breast fillet
- 5 disc Bacon
- 60 g Tomato
- 60 g Mozzarella
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground garlic
- Cut the chicken breast fillet 6-7x (depending on size) across, do not cut all the way through! Cut the mozzarella and tomato into slices (each as many as there are incisions in the fillet).
- Season the chicken breast outside and in the incisions with salt, pepper and ground garlic. Put a slice of tomato and mozzarella in each incision and wrap the chicken breast with the bacon.
- Bake in the oven at an estimated 180 ° C (I use the hot air fryer) for about 30 minutes. If the bacon gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
- Toast the slice of bread and rub the clove of garlic on it. Put the finished chicken breast fillet on the bread and you’re done.
