Hazelnut Cookie

The perfect hazelnut cookie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 140 g Margarine
  • 0,5 pack Vanilla sugar
  • 0,25 Tl Cinnamon
  • Zest 1 organic lemon
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 2 El Mix soy flour with 6 tablespoons of water until smooth
  1. Mix all ingredients together (preferably with your hands). Heat the oven to 180 ¤C.
  2. Place 2 teaspoons of dough at a greater distance on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. The cookies are very soft when they come out of the oven. Therefore, it is best to carefully pull the baking paper with the biscuits onto a wire rack and let them cool down. They then become a little firmer, but are still wonderfully soft and crumbly.
