Hazelnut Cookie
The perfect hazelnut cookie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 140 g Margarine
- 0,5 pack Vanilla sugar
- 0,25 Tl Cinnamon
- Zest 1 organic lemon
- 100 g Hazelnut brittle
- 2 El Mix soy flour with 6 tablespoons of water until smooth
- Mix all ingredients together (preferably with your hands). Heat the oven to 180 ¤C.
- Place 2 teaspoons of dough at a greater distance on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
- The cookies are very soft when they come out of the oven. Therefore, it is best to carefully pull the baking paper with the biscuits onto a wire rack and let them cool down. They then become a little firmer, but are still wonderfully soft and crumbly.
