Cola Caramel Cupcakes

  • 100 g Raw cane sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs size M
  • 1 Prices Salt

  • 40 g Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
  • 200 ml Cola
  • 140 g Caramel Pastry Spread
  • 1 tbsp Sugar white
  • 50 ml Cold cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° (fan oven 160 °), line the muffin tin with the molds. For the dough, mix the butte and both types of sugar well (use a mixer!), Add the eggs and whip all of them for about 4 minutes until creamy. Sift the salt, flour, cocoa and baking powder over the mixture and stir in well while adding the cola. 2) Put the dough in the molds (fill up to 3/4 full) and bake for about 22 minutes. 3) Let the cupcakes cool down after baking. In the meantime, prepare the frosting. Mix the spread with 1 tablespoon of sugar and cream with the mixer, slowly stir in the mascarpone (do not stir too long otherwise it will get lumpy).
