Turkey Breast with Peanut and Paprika Sauce

- 500 g Turkey breast fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 size Onion
- 5 Red pointed peppers
- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 4 tablespoon Peanuts
- 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small schnitzels, season with salt and pepper and gradually fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil – remove and keep warm
- Peel the onion, clean the paprika and cut both into large cubes
- Now add a little more oil to the pan and fry the onion and paprika in it for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream (milk), bring to the boil and cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Finally add the nuts, then puree the sauce and season with paprika, a little lemon juice and sugar and add the butter.
- Add the meat again and let it get hot
- Now arrange on a plate with the side dish according to your taste, sprinkle with some chives and a few nuts.
- Serve with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes – good appetite; 🙂
