Turkey Breast with Peanut and Paprika Sauce

The perfect turkey breast with peanut and paprika sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 size Onion
  • 5 Red pointed peppers
  • 350 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 4 tablespoon Peanuts
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 20 g Butter
  1. Wash the turkey breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small schnitzels, season with salt and pepper and gradually fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil – remove and keep warm
  2. Peel the onion, clean the paprika and cut both into large cubes
  3. Now add a little more oil to the pan and fry the onion and paprika in it for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream (milk), bring to the boil and cover and simmer for about 8 minutes.
  5. Finally add the nuts, then puree the sauce and season with paprika, a little lemon juice and sugar and add the butter.
  6. Add the meat again and let it get hot
  7. Now arrange on a plate with the side dish according to your taste, sprinkle with some chives and a few nuts.
  8. Serve with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes – good appetite; 🙂
