Sandwich Burger
The perfect sandwich burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- 2 medium sized Fresh nectarines
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes
- 4 Stems Basil
- 8 NS. Bacon slices
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- 8 NS. Toast
- 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Season the minced beef in a bowl with Tabasco and shape into 4 flat meatballs. Place on a plate lined with cling film and freeze for about 10 minutes (this way the meatballs stay nice and flat).
- Halve the nectarines and remove the stones from the tomatoes. Cut both into thin slices. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- Fry the bacon slices in a large non-oiled pan over medium heat until crispy and brown. Place on a plate. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan (the bacon fat was enough for me) .Bulettes in bacon fat on each side about 2 Fry until brown for 4 minutes, then continue to fry over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, season with salt.
- Toast the sandwich toast and spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. Divide the tomatoes, nectarines and basil on 4 slices of toast. Place the buns, each 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup, bacon and the remaining slices of toast on top. Serve immediately.
