Vermouth and Mushroom Sauce

The perfect vermouth and mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 dl Martini bianco
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 Pc. Soup cubes
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Steam the chopped onion in butter until translucent. Add the diced garlic.
  2. Briefly steam the quartered mushrooms.
  3. Deglaze with vermouth, stir in the soup cube.
  4. Let it simmer briefly and then stir in the cream.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in another flake of butter.
