Spanish Choritzo Pot
The perfect spanish choritzo pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pork meat
- 250 g Chorizo sausage
- 1 toe Pressed garlic
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 1 Can Drained canned tomatoes
- 5 piece Snack peppers
- 10 piece Snow peas
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
preparation
- Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, cut the pork (schnitzel or minute steaks) into strips and the khoritzowurst into thin slices. Fry everything in a pan one after the other.
- Heat the tomatoes in a saucepan and add all the ingredients one after the other and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. If you don’t like it that spicy, you can top it with a dollop of sour cream. White bread or potatoes or rice go very well with this.
