Gourmet – Potatoes

The perfect gourmet – potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 16 Toothpick
  • Salt, pepper, a pinch of paprika
  • 16 Discs Zucchini
  • 16 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 16 Rosemary sprigs
  • 16 Discs Bacon
  1. Cut the potatoes in half lengthways and cook in salted water for 15 minutes.
  2. Marinate with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Top with a briefly seared zucchini slice, a tomato fillet and a sprig of rosemary.
  4. Wrap with bacon and fix one toothpick each.
  5. Approx. Grill for 6 minutes and serve with a dip.
