Gourmet – Potatoes
The perfect gourmet – potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 16 Toothpick
- Salt, pepper, a pinch of paprika
- 16 Discs Zucchini
- 16 Dried tomatoes in oil
- 16 Rosemary sprigs
- 16 Discs Bacon
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthways and cook in salted water for 15 minutes.
- Marinate with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Top with a briefly seared zucchini slice, a tomato fillet and a sprig of rosemary.
- Wrap with bacon and fix one toothpick each.
- Approx. Grill for 6 minutes and serve with a dip.
