  • 4 size Diced carrots

  • 1 pole Olive oil
  • 2 size Jacket potatoes
  • 1 handful Cut green beans
  • 250 large bag Speed ​​peas
  • 250 large bag Fresh lovage
  • 250 large bag Fresh savory
  • Vegetable salt or extract * to season
  • Water for the broth
  1. Just brush, cut and dice the carrots. Wash, dry and cut the leek.
  2. Brown the carrot cubes in the oil. Then the cut leek is added and everything is browned.
  3. Add a good 2 tablespoons of the homemade vegetable extract and fill up with water.
  4. Add the peas, the jacket potatoes chopped up and prepared beans, bring everything to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes, simmer gently.
  5. At the end the cut herbs are added and everything should continue to brew for about 1/2 hour, so the herbs can develop well ….. that was a delicious “mess”.
