Cream and Cherry Crumb Cake

- 250 gr Butter
- 2 Glasses Cherries a`720 ml
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 5 Eggs
- 2 a cup Flour 400gr
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 a cup Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 1 package “Almond” pudding powder
- Grease the spring form (26cm). Drain the cherries. Put the sour cream in a bowl. Wash, dry and measure the cup.
- 1 Separate the egg. Mix the flour, baking powder, 1 cup of sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 1 egg yolk and the softened butter in flakes. Knead everything into sprinkles.
- Put 2 / 3 of the crumble into the mold as a base, press down. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the cherries on top.
- Mix the sour cream, 1 egg white, 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons sugar and pudding powder. Pour over the cherries. Put the remaining crumble on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 150 ° C. lower rack for approx. 70 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
