- OLIVE HERB: After I had several inquiries about the olive herb, now here is the solution: You can buy this herb in small pots in all well-stocked DIY stores and gardeners. It’s delicate, with needle-like leaves, and it smells and tastes like olives. I’ve had mine in the herb bed for three years and it gets stronger every year. I dry the excess herb and so I have this wonderful taste even in winter.
