- 125 Milliliters Beer Pils Hell
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 75 g Flour
- 1 shot Natural carbonated mineral water
- 1 Bratwurst
- 1 Fresh onion
- Fat for frying
- Hot pepper
- Gherkins
- Chives fresh
- Whisk the beer, eggs and salt. Add the flour and stir. Finally stir in a dash of mineral water. Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Remove the sausage from its skin, cut into slices and fry lightly on both sides in hot fat. Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry until golden in hot fat.
- Heat the fat in the pan. Pour in half of the pancake mixture. Let something fry. Top with half of the sausage slices and half of the onion rings. Turn over and finish frying.
- Turn the egg cake out onto a plate. Dust some paprika over it. Garnish with pickles and chives.
