- 400 g Catfish fillet
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce sweet and thick
- 3 Splash Asian fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 2 piece Tart apples
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 1 tablespoon Yellow curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 100 ml Cream 10% fat
- Made from oil, soy sauce, lemon juice; Make a marinade of fish sauce and pepper. Cut the fish into bite-sized cubes and leave to stand in the Mariande for about 2 hours.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish cubes in it. Remove and set aside.
