Stock: Burro Mediterrano

The perfect stock: burro mediterrano recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 2 Branches Freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 Branches Freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 Branches Olive herb
  • 0,5 bunch Arugula
  • 6 leaves Freshly chopped basil
  • 4 Branches Freshly chopped oregano
  • 6 leaves Sage fresh
  • 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 piece Lemon untreated
  1. Select the fresh herbs and finely chop them all.
  2. Mix the softened butter with the oil, the zest of half a lemon and the herbs well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a bowl or glass and refrigerate until ready to serve.
