Stock: Burro Mediterrano
The perfect stock: burro mediterrano recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter
- 2 Branches Freshly chopped rosemary
- 2 Branches Freshly chopped thyme
- 2 Branches Olive herb
- 0,5 bunch Arugula
- 6 leaves Freshly chopped basil
- 4 Branches Freshly chopped oregano
- 6 leaves Sage fresh
- 4 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 piece Lemon untreated
- Select the fresh herbs and finely chop them all.
- Mix the softened butter with the oil, the zest of half a lemon and the herbs well and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into a bowl or glass and refrigerate until ready to serve.
