  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 0,5 bunch Freshly chopped chives
  • 80 g Flour
  • Corn oil

Filling:

  • 500 g Quark
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Knife point Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Blueberries fresh

Dough :

  1. Beat eggs, salt, milk and cream well, sprinkle with parsley, stir in. Sieve flour to stir until smooth.

to bake:

  1. Bake thin pancakes in hot oil.
