Schnitzel on Stick

The perfect schnitzel on stick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Pork schnitzel
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt, pepper Paptica powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  1. Frisch 4 Schnitzel from butcher I trust, these cut once lengthways, season with pepper and salt. Then stick one end onto a kebab skewer & wrap the schnitzel around the stick. The end is also spiked. Press lightly and pull apart a little, you also want to see something on the stick.
  2. Heat a pan with sunflower oil until the oil is well hot. As with schnitzel, bread the meat skewers first in flour, then in the egg and last but not least in breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake the skewers little by little in the hot oil until brown and then add a piece of butter and bake the skewers in it a little more.
  4. In the meantime, prepare a salad plate according to your taste and supplies and place the now finished schnitzel on the stick.
