The perfect vegan: side dish: mushrooms – fennel – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Chopped onion
- 500 g Fresh mushrooms
- 0,5 tuber Fennel
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Wok oil
- Champignons – had taken white this time, but brown mushrooms are better – brush off and slice.
- Heat the wok with the oil and let the onions become translucent. Then add the mushroom slices and let them sear for a few minutes.
- Season with the vegetable salt and fold in the fennel, now braise everything well and serve as a side dish.
