- 400 g mushrooms, small fresh
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- rosemary
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- possibly leaf parsley, chopped

quick, easy, delicious
Clean the mushrooms, finely dice the garlic or slice it very thinly. Heat the olive oil, briefly fry the garlic and rosemary, then add the mushrooms and fry. Season with balsamic vinegar and salt and let cool. Let it marinate for at least half a day, but preferably a whole day. Garnish with chopped flat-leaf parsley. A great starter on any buffet. It’s also delicious with baguette as a small dish.
