The perfect little bit hot and spicy: pork fillet baked with sheep cheese on lemon potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,2 Kg Pork tenderloin
  • 2 piece Sheep cheese cream (for recipe see cookbook)
  • 1,5 piece Lemon potatoes – see the cookbook for a recipe
  • Salt pepper
  1. Remove the fat from the fillet and fry until it is hot. Remove from the pan and cut a little lengthways at the top. Fill with sheep’s cheese cream.
  2. Prepare lemon potatoes. Put the fillet in the oven for 30 minutes
  3. Bon appetit 🙂
