Ingredients
 

  • 1,2 Kg Pork tenderloin
  • 2 piece Sheep cheese cream (for recipe see cookbook)
  • 1,5 piece Lemon potatoes - see the cookbook for a recipe
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the fat from the fillet and fry until it is hot. Remove from the pan and cut a little lengthways at the top. Fill with sheep's cheese cream.
  • Prepare lemon potatoes. Put the fillet in the oven for 30 minutes
  • Bon appetit 🙂
