Ingredients
- 1,2 Kg Pork tenderloin
- 2 piece Sheep cheese cream (for recipe see cookbook)
- 1,5 piece Lemon potatoes - see the cookbook for a recipe
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Remove the fat from the fillet and fry until it is hot. Remove from the pan and cut a little lengthways at the top. Fill with sheep's cheese cream.
- Prepare lemon potatoes. Put the fillet in the oven for 30 minutes
