Chinese Cabbage with Apple

  • 2 Pc. Elstar apples
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 0,5 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 pinch Coarse salt
  • 4 tablespoon Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon Wine vinegar

  • 500 g Diced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  1. Cut the cabbage in half, remove the stalk, cut finely.
  2. Wash thoroughly, spin dry.
  3. Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut into small cubes and pour lemon juice over them so that they don’t get dark. Add caraway seeds.
  4. Make the dressing, season it and use it to dress the salad.
