Chinese Cabbage with Apple
The perfect chinese cabbage with apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 Pc. Elstar apples
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 0,5 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 pinch Coarse salt
- 4 tablespoon Cream
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
In addition Krichtelcher!
- 500 g Diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- Cut the cabbage in half, remove the stalk, cut finely.
- Wash thoroughly, spin dry.
- Peel the apples, remove the core. Cut into small cubes and pour lemon juice over them so that they don’t get dark. Add caraway seeds.
- Make the dressing, season it and use it to dress the salad.

- Put the potatoes in hot clarified butter, season with salt and cook until the potatoes get a crust. You can hear it well when it crackles in the pot. Please take approx. 20 min. Temperature not too hot.
