Lemon Butter

The perfect lemon butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • Organic lemon zest from half a lemon
  • 0,5 Mini cucumber
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 1 Splash Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Sugar brown
  1. Core the cucumber and chop it very finely.
  2. Mix the butter with the lemon zest and the cucumber.
  3. Add the green pepper. Season with salt, a little lemon juice and a pinch of sugar.
  4. Chill for an hour.
