Honey Pineapple
The perfect honey pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pineapple fresh
- 4 tbsp Honey liquid
- 100 g Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped almond kernels
- 1. Peel the pineapple and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Remove the stalk with a sharp knife or a cookie cutter. 2. Briefly grill the pineapple slices on the hot grill on each side, drizzling 2 tablespoons of honey on one side after turning. 3. In the meantime, mix 100 g of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger. Arrange the pineapple on a platter and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of toasted chopped almond kernels.
