Poultry: Spanish Style Chicken
The perfect poultry: spanish style chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herbs:
- Sage, rosemary, spicy lavender, olive herb,
- I got a few twigs of each kind from the garden
Spices:
- 10 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 Lemon, juice and some slices
- 1 El Ras el Hanout
- 1 El Africa spice, it consists of cumin, pepperf,
- Cardamom, mint, coriander and allspice
- I didn’t take any extra salt
- 150 ml Red wine tart
- 10 Discs Sun-Dried tomatoes in oil, more or less to your own taste
- Wash the chicken thoroughly and dab it, cut it into the desired pieces and place in a bowl.
- Cut the herbs as well as the garlic. The garlic can be cut into thicker slices. Then pour the wine over it and let it steep for at least a couple of hours.
- Then put everything completely in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Finally, I stopped the grill.
- Delicious white bread goes well with it, preferably freshly baked.
- You can also take it in small portions as a starter.
