Wild Berries Ice Cream

The perfect wild berries ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Frozen forest berries
  • 2 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 6 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 a cup Whipped cream
  1. Beat the whipped cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff.
  2. Mix the wild berries with the natural yoghurt and powdered sugar in the food processor until creamy.
  3. Finally stir in the whipped cream. As you can see in the second picture, it is a creamy mass that you can already eat, but I like it when the ice cream is firmer.
  4. Fill the creamy berry mixture into a frozen food box and place in the frozen food for 2-3 hours. Then it is nice and firm but still creamy.
  5. But of course you can also make a larger amount and then freeze them in portion sizes for storage.
