Fiery Potato Salad À La Gabi

  • 750 g Potatoes cooked peeled
  • 2 piece Chopped onion
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Can Green beans
  • 200 gr Frozen vegetables Mexico mix
  • 500 ml Mayonnaise
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 1 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
  1. Peel and dice the onions. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and cut the spring onions into small pieces. Put everything in a sufficiently large bowl and mix with the mayonnaise and vegetable stock. Add spices and season to taste. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and fold in. Now stir in the beans and Mexico vegetables. Cover the bowl and let the salad stand for about 30 minutes.
