Small Fruity Tarts

The perfect small fruity tarts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Discs Cut out the rest of a cake base
  • 8 Discs Cake cream
  • 8 Discs Tortini – cake topping
  • 2 Strawberries cut in half
  • 4 Cherries
  • 4 Discs Kiwi fresh
  • 4 Discs Fresh tangerine
  • 4 Discs Brittle chips for the garnish
  1. From the rest of the cake base I cut 8 small slices and made small tarts. 4 smeared with buttercream, put another disc on each one and brush them with buttercream as well. Spread the rest of the fruit on top in equal parts. Spread buttercream all around and press down the brittle. For a good shot, a little cake glaze spread on it, again only thin and chilled for personal use.
  2. Then in the evening, eat the sweet little bits with a cup of coffee! I like to bake, even if I only started 10 years ago, and most of the time I don’t eat it, but yesterday I got weak too! That’s the way it is in life, you can’t always be steadfast.
