- 300 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 100 g Melted butter
- 1 Egg
- 200 ml Mango nectar
- 50 g Orange peel
- Mix all ingredients except orange peel with a hand mixer briefly on a low level, then stir on the highest level to form a smooth dough. Then briefly stir in the orange peel.
- 12 Brush muffin molds with oil (or line with paper molds) and fill in the batter evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and bake the muffins for about 40 minutes.
