Chicken Breast Fillet on Tomato

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 200 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Herbs
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Tandori spice
  1. Clean the chicken breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sear them in a little oil in a hot pan and season with tandori spices. Put aside.
  2. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil.
