Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 200 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Herbs
  • Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Tandori spice

Instructions
 

  • Clean the chicken breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sear them in a little oil in a hot pan and season with tandori spices. Put aside.
  • Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil.
  • Quarter and core the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Mix the diced tomatoes with the onions and season with salt, lemon pepper and herbs.
  • Put the onion mixture in a baking dish and cover with the fillet pieces. Rub the Parmesan cheese over it. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 20 minutes. Good Appetite
