Vegetarian: Oven Vegetables
The perfect vegetarian: oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The basic vegetable:
- 6 small Jacket potatoes, eighth
- 1 medium sized Carrot, wavy cut
- 3 stem Swiss chard, cut into strips
- 0,5 Red peppers, diced
- 0,5 pole Leek, cut into rings
The sour cheese:
- 50 Size Gorgonzola, diced
To bake on top:
- Mix of lettuce grains
The basic oil sauce:
- Paradise oil, see m. KB.
- Chili oil, see m. KB
- Light Japanese Soy Sauce
- Allspice, ground
- Cloves, ground
- Cajun mix
- 1 toe Garlic, pressed
- Put the vegetables in a baking dish, then spread the cheese and grains over it.
