The perfect spagetti vegetarian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 piece Snack peppers
  • 2 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 250 g Cherry date tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 5 teaspoon Grill vegetable pesto
  • 3 teaspoon Cream / sour cream 40% fat
  • 1 bunch Basil chopped fresh
  • 1 pinch Red chilli flakes
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 50 g Freshly grated Parmesan

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. In a pan, slowly heat the olive oil with the pressed garlic cloves, add the peppers and lightly sear. Add the now cooked spagetti and fold in plenty of fresh Parmesan over low heat, now the pesto and season with spices.
